Other forms of welding cannot really work well with titanium because it reacts differently than other metals.

Work Area- The area that you are going to work on should be free from other contaminants like dust and the by-products of other processes. Dirt produced by painting, cutting, and grinding can greatly affect the quality of the work. The titanium welding wire should be fed continuously to ensure that the weld is going to be smooth and that it can retain all the qualities of the metal.
